Athlete Factory Terms of Service (v1)

Placeholder terms for a Canadian youth athletic program. Requires client legal review before governing real registrations.

Registration and Payment

Class blocks are paid in full at registration. Mid-block registrations are charged a pro-rated amount for the sessions remaining in that block. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Athlete Factory staff on request — see Contact.

Attendance and Scheduling

Athlete Factory may reschedule or cancel individual sessions (e.g. for weather or facility availability) and will notify registered families by email.

Conduct

Athletes and parents are expected to treat coaches, staff and other families with respect. Athlete Factory may remove a participant from a program for conduct that endangers others.

Account and Data

Parents may request deletion of their account and their athletes' data at any time from Account settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
