Athlete Factory Privacy Policy (v1)

Placeholder privacy policy for a Canadian (Ontario) youth athletic program, written with PIPEDA principles in mind. Requires client legal review before governing real registrations.

What We Collect

Parent contact details; athlete name, birth date, sport, position, emergency contact and (optional) medical notes; attendance, test results, coach notes and, with consent, photos and video.

Why We Collect It

To run registration and payment, to deliver coaching (attendance, testing, feedback, development plans), and to communicate with parents about their athlete's sessions and progress.

Photos and Video

Coaching photos/video are private to your family and coaching staff unless you separately opt in to public/marketing use. You can change that choice anytime in Account.

Storage and Security

Data is stored on infrastructure we control, not shared with third parties beyond the payment processor (Stripe) and the email provider needed to send account and program emails.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and athlete data at any time from Account settings or by contacting us.
